We recently contacted this insurance company for a auto and tenant insurance quote. The agent asked for our current policies which we sent him via email. Aftee two days we emailed back and asked if he had obtained a quote. He said sorry, I should have contacted you however we are just waiting for quotes from the underwriters. His words were “ I will have a quote by the end of day”. That was two weeks ago!!!! So obviously NOT pursuing this company. Where has customer service gone?
