There has been absolutely no service at all. When I called to make a payment, no one answered. Later, when someone finally picked up, they kept making excuses and deliberately delayed the process. Their attitude was very poor. The female agent was unable to clearly explain our policy, which caused a lot of confusion. I don’t understand how she was able to become a leader.
