I had a positive experience working with Steve and his team for my insurance and financial needs. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped guide me through the process. I appreciated his expertise and the effort he put into making things as clear and manageable as could be. One area for growth would be improving active listening—at times I felt some of my concerns or preferences weren’t fully explored before moving on. We have been at the Cooperators in Chatham for 20+ years. The service currently is outstanding. The rates are maybe not the lowest available, but they are fair and it reflects in the claims process. We have had a couple of claims including both auto and home and the process was seamless, stress free and a pleasant experience. Service is top notch, very quick to reply to my emails. Very friendly and personable staff, with a high level of knowledge in multiple types of insurances. My old insurance company didn't give me good service and took forever to get back to me, the staff at this Cooperators branch took care of me quickly and gave me a fair premium. I strongly recommend.
