Steven and his team have always served us professionally and efficiently. They focus on understanding our business so they can provide us with recommendations that will help protect us. They care about providing honest advice, rather than just selling you something. We have not had any issues with them to date.
I have been with cooperators since my daughter was 2. I have a life insurance for her that is paid off. When I had Eric Saunders I never had a problem. Then I go get myself life insurance and that was a disaster but good thing I got my money back and canceled that policy right away!! Now the latest was an email looking to update my file I emailed back and said nothing has changed and I will let you know when it does. I had a positive experience working with Steve and his team for my insurance and financial needs. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped guide me through the process. I appreciated his expertise and the effort he put into making things as clear and manageable as could be. One area for growth would be improving active listening—at times I felt some of my concerns or preferences weren’t fully explored before moving on. That said, I felt well supported overall and would still recommend Steve and his team to others.
