I have been with cooperators since my daughter was 2. I have a life insurance for her that is paid off. When I had Eric Saunders I never had a problem. Then I go get myself life insurance and that was a disaster but good thing I got my money back and canceled that policy right away!! I had a positive experience working with Steve and his team for my insurance and financial needs. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped guide me through the process. I appreciated his expertise and the effort he put into making things as clear and manageable as could be. One area for growth would be improving active listening—at times I felt some of my concerns or preferences weren’t fully explored before moving on. That said, I felt well supported overall and would still recommend Steve and his team to others.

We have been at the Cooperators in Chatham for 20+ years. The service currently is outstanding. The rates are maybe not the lowest available, but they are fair and it reflects in the claims process. We have had a couple of claims including both auto and home and the process was seamless, stress free and a pleasant experience.
