I had a very disappointing experience with Co-operators – Agnew Insurance Ltd. The staff I spoke with in the morning was quite disrespectful and rude. I was simply asking for some help and information, but the way they responded was unprofessional and unfriendly. As a customer, I expected basic courtesy and respect, which was completely missing. I hope the management looks into this and improves their customer service.

Have a auto policy, now looking for rental insurance . To busy to talk to you and then on hold for 15 minutes hung up. Hire some people to do customer service!

Just scammers and fraudsters. Their employee gives you one piece of information, and then two months later, during a dispute, they suddenly decide to withdraw the payment. And they say they can’t resolve the issue via email. But when they send an NSF notice, somehow they can do it by email. I don’t recommend them to anyone — total scammers.

I’ve never encountered a more confusing and frustrating experience just trying to get a basic auto insurance quote. I called the toll-free number provided exactly at opening time (9:00 AM MST) and still waited over 30 minutes with no answer. I even took a screenshot to document this. When I asked about alternatives, I was told that calling the number is the ONLY way to get a quote. No online option, no branch walk-ins—despite the fact that this is a national insurance company.
