Have a auto policy, now looking for rental insurance . To busy to talk to you and then on hold for 15 minutes hung up. Hire some people to do customer service!
Just scammers and fraudsters. Their employee gives you one piece of information, and then two months later, during a dispute, they suddenly decide to withdraw the payment. And they say they can’t resolve the issue via email. But when they send an NSF notice, somehow they can do it by email. I don’t recommend them to anyone — total scammers.
I’ve never encountered a more confusing and frustrating experience just trying to get a basic auto insurance quote. I called the toll-free number provided exactly at opening time (9:00 AM MST) and still waited over 30 minutes with no answer. I even took a screenshot to document this. It’s always impossible to speak with the insurance brokers. When you call, someone picks the call and transfers you to a line that’s never picked up. I’ve tried multiple times and wait for hours with no one answering. It’s frustrating!
Jadyn & Tracey are the most phenomenal humans. Everyone I spoke to in this office were professional and helpful. I had an urgent matter and they promptly made sure that we were taken care of while being very professional and knowledgeable. I will forever be grateful!
