Over charged for years. Much better options available. The agents definitely do not have your interest in mind. Canceled way too late. Please shop around.

I agree with the last post…I’d give a 0. The pictures they asked for were ridiculous; send out an adjuster. 2 weeks for a quote. I have a house going up for sale. Why would I replace a functioning water heater?! Then the excuse was, it would have been $7000. I would have paid that, up front!!
