I'm disappointed I've never been able to reach anyone at the office for my farm Insurance policy, I'm always forwarded to the main headquarters who can only take messages. It's pretty much walk in only. Not convenient. I like the Cooperators but this office needs to offer better service, I'm moving my policy to an office further away in hopes i can contact them when i need them.
I've always done business with this company. Great service and great rates!!
