It’s true, you don’t know how great your insurance is until you need them. Two years ago we had a derecho, wind storm, go through our neighbourhood which did major damage to our home and property. I made one call to Co-operators and they were on scene and took control of the situation within hours. The agent in charge was phenomenal and first of all made sure we were okay, we weren’t.
