We’ve been calling for more than a week, and after 2 hours of hold the phone hangs up on its own. Very very terrible service. Waste of time! Very disappointed
I have called them 4 times each time waiting 2hrs. At the 2hr mark the “on-hold” music stops and they hang up on me. I’ve begged the customer service representative for some kinda help but they do not care at all. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I’m only leaving a one star review because I have too if i had a choice it would be zero stars.
