Can’t say enough good things about this firm. I use every service they offer. Auto insurance, commercial insurance and investments. Couldn’t be happier. They offer great services and have an amazing staff that really cares about their customers. Recommend to all!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Called to convert an existing quote to a policy on a day following a severe storm - was told they weren't accepting new business (extremely rudely, had to tell the person on the phone to check their attitude). Called elsewhere and found someone 20% cheaper that handled my needs same day service. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
The 1 star previously issued by me was in error. Co-Operators Alexandria has always been professional and courteous
The rates are not going great keeps getting higher and higher with a clean record totally unacceptable
