I was without a vehicle for a few years and, during that time, did not carry insurance. Prior to that, however, I had maintained continuous coverage since 1989 with a clean driving record. Thoroughly disappointed. Is this a practical joke? This organization (Cooperators) I have dealt with in the past and it has been reasonable to go through them in the past, so when moving to Yellowknife I thought I would do the same again. Man was that a bad idea. Trying to get in contact with this office or any aspect of it has been brutal. At this point it has been days of trying to get in touch with cooperators. I vehemently do not recommend.
No one ever answers the phone idk what these guys do
Absolutely terrible experience I was a customer for over seven years and they have completely gone down hill in the last 2, never anyone at the office, no one answers local lines, and the people from the call centre are not licensed for Nt so most can’t help and you’ll be bounced from phone to phone with no true answer, I’m extremely disappointed in this company the last few years
