Shanti is so helpful!
Thoroughly disappointed. Is this a practical joke? This organization (Cooperators) I have dealt with in the past and it has been reasonable to go through them in the past, so when moving to Yellowknife I thought I would do the same again. Man was that a bad idea. Trying to get in contact with this office or any aspect of it has been brutal. At this point it has been days of trying to get in touch with cooperators. I vehemently do not recommend.
No one ever answers the phone idk what these guys do
Absolutely terrible experience I was a customer for over seven years and they have completely gone down hill in the last 2, never anyone at the office, no one answers local lines, and the people from the call centre are not licensed for Nt so most can’t help and you’ll be bounced from phone to phone with no true answer, I’m extremely disappointed in this company the last few years
I was really impressed with the customer service I received from Shanti out of Yellowknife. She was very responsive to my concerns and needs, and moved quickly to get my new vehicle insured. I appreciate the quality customer service I received from Shanti, and would certainly recommend that you seek out her support if you are looking for auto insurance. Thank you!
