Disappointed in the service here and overpriced compared to others in the area for auto. My advisor I used to have has moved on and now I just get passed from person to person with no assurance of my insurance protection or needs. Used to be a great location that had great service.
I have been with this insurance company for many years and i have had nothing but great experience, they are always willing to work around what works for me. i’ve dealt with Nicole most of the time and she is wonderful!
I had called and cancelled my insurance, and the lady I spoke to had assured me that she would have it taken care of. But when I looked at my banking information they had taken the money out for my policy. So naturally I called and they told me that nobody made any notes on my account, nobody had cancelled my policy and in order to get my money back (which never should have been taken) they informed me that I would need to provide specific documentation to prove why I had cancelled. Very disappointed in the overall experience from this business. We get vague answers or no explanation other than its covered.... Whwn you read the fine print and you find out, it's not.... They need to know their "product" better and not provide misleading information. The only benefit was that they were responsive and fast at getting a letter of experience so that we could shop the market as they don't report your current policy to autoplus making it look like to other brokers you have never had insurrance while with the c... read more
