I have been renewing my ICBC insurance for 5 years with this company. Sarah has help me in all my ICBC renewsls and transfers of plates and insursnce with my 2 vehicles. She does excellent service including advising me on what do do when I had car accident. I referred most of my family members and friends to her. Was told last year they were not able to offer me home insurance coverage any longer. was told id have to cancel still, so i called in and spoke with Ling Wang in regards to cancelling, went with square one for home insurance. Fast forward a year, i get a renewal notice in the mail. Apparently theyve charged me every month for the past year, regardless of me cancelling, and was told it was MY fault even though previous emails show her saying she is unable to offer me insurance at this point anymore due to underwriters.
