I did a financial transaction and received great service from Wesley Scott at Co-operators.
I have been renewing my ICBC insurance for 5 years with this company. Sarah has help me in all my ICBC renewsls and transfers of plates and insursnce with my 2 vehicles. She does excellent service including advising me on what do do when I had car accident. I referred most of my family members and friends to her. Was told last year they were not able to offer me home insurance coverage any longer. was told id have to cancel still, so i called in and spoke with Ling Wang in regards to cancelling, went with square one for home insurance. Fast forward a year, i get a renewal notice in the mail. Apparently theyve charged me every month for the past year, regardless of me cancelling, and was told it was MY fault even though previous emails show her saying she is unable to offer me insurance at this point anymore due to underwriters. Highly unprofessional staff who always give the excuse as " this is already set by the system". They have no idea what they are doing. I never recommend this branch for any business as everyone in staff clueless.
Sarah is really nice and helpful over the phone.Walked me through the whole process renewing my auto insurance over the phone during this new normal because of Covid-19. She really care about her clients.
