They were ok before but now they are greedy more and more since last year. They increased my 2 cars and home insurance premiums unfairly. I’m going to cancel all Policies with them next month hope . Don’t buy with them
I would not recommend - no one answers the phone or responds to emails.
Have had nothing but bad experiences. They rarely pick up the phone. And when they do pick-up, they continually input policy information wrong or straight up do not make requested policy changes. I do not know if this is an issue with co-operators in general or just this specific office/branch. I know the people at the Devonshire office pickup and actually get things right. If you're thinking co-operators look somewhere else or contact the Devonshire office.
After working with them for around 2 years, they were growing up, and they are great people with fair prices, excellent customer service.........thanks
