I was very worried about my home insurance not being renewed after finding out I had missed some paperwork. Once I got through to Yasser life got easy again. He fast tracked everything with the underwriters and solved my issue very quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend!

An absolute NIGHTMARE. Do not work with cooperators. After nearly 20 years between my husband and I and nothing but problems--especially trying to cancel. This company is abhorrent. Does not care about loyalty, does not care about customers. I will never work with cooperators even if they offered the best rates. And quite frankly the vast majority of positive reviews for this company look fake. I can't imagine anyone actually having a positive experience.
