An absolute NIGHTMARE. Do not work with cooperators. After nearly 20 years between my husband and I and nothing but problems--especially trying to cancel. This company is abhorrent. Does not care about loyalty, does not care about customers. I will never work with cooperators even if they offered the best rates. And quite frankly the vast majority of positive reviews for this company look fake. I can't imagine anyone actually having a positive experience.
Fernando was absolutely amazing to deal with for both my car and home insurance. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. He took the time to answer all my questions, found me great coverage, and made sure I was getting the best value possible. His professionalism, honesty, and customer service are top-notch. It’s hard to find someone this reliable and genuinely helpful these days. I highly recommend Fernando to anyone looking for insurance!
