I’ve been with them almost 4 years I’ve never missed a single payment for my car or my house insurance. I had an accident on November 2021. I surprised that they added another accident they were saying that.” so you by accident it’s been added to your policy.” They have been working to remove that second claim from my policy for almost 2 weeks so until now, I haven’t received any proof that my second claim has been removed. Whenever I called them, they just transfer me from department to the other. It’s disappointed.
I've been with Co-Op for quite a few years with my home and auto insurance. As with any insurance company, there has been a few hiccups along the way when dealing with underwriters or the people at the call center. However, having LOCAL reps that can go to bat for you and straighten out any wrinkles is definitely where this office SHINES. Have had my policy there for several years. Went in to ask a few questions. Because of COVID it has been awhile since I have been in the office. Staff seems to be new. Person helping me seemed uninterested in trying to answer my questions. Got a very uninviting a cold feeling from staff. Old staff were great! Will take a look at changing to a new company that will offer a better service.
