We recently had a claim for water damage from an water tank. My husband and I were very pleased right from the beginning..... From the initial claim, to the completion of the repairs. Every process was done efficiently and expediently......Nicholas, was always available for backup questions and reassurances. Best insurance company to deal with. I’ve insured several businesses, properties and cars with them. Never had an issue.
New leadership has take over under Nicholas Dettinger as the new Head Agent. Additionally, new staff and support teams are available for all client needs either in office or by phone.
Absolute worst insurance company I’ve ever been too. I cancelled my policy and was told everything was good. They tried to take a months payment and I put a stop payment. I called and was told the lady that was supposed to do the cancellation quit, thanks Toni. Now they’re giving me the run around. I hate this organization and will actively discourage anyone from going here. EDIT We we’re able to come to a reasonable conclusion after dealing with their awful customer service, it was resolved. Thank you Cooperators
Asked for copies of our insurance for car & truck and it was emailed right away !!!!
