What a shame. The staff (the young Asian origin guy)did not even try to help with cancelling the ICBC insurance. He made no attempt to call ICBC or explain the procedure properly. Very disappointing service and poor attitude from employee working in a customer service sector. Definitely not the kind of experience customers expect. Hope seniors will guide him.
My experience with Riswan Rafeequ was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. During the process of buying and transferring a car, I felt completely disrespected and discriminated against. Despite being the person making the purchase, he repeatedly ignored me and directed all his responses and attention to the man who was with me,even when I was the one asking the questions. LOVED loved Mary so so much! Could not have asked for a better person to help me. She asked all the right questions and gave me great advice. I am so lucky I met her! Whoever hired her.. great job every co-operator needs someone like her. Mary did everything Definitely very happy with my experience.
