Inconsiderate staff - stopped by to renew my car insurance, was asked to wait by a staff, then after waiting some time the staff then informed me it was the end of her shift and she couldn't help me but I could wait even longer for her coworker to arrive. Autoplan places are a dime a dozen - go somewhere else where your time is valued.
Advisor Akshita Goel helped me to update my tenant insurance and also give so many useful details. Even though it was closing time; she didn't hesitate me to help me extensively. Her communication was great, respectful and practical. 5 star employee for Co-operatos.
