Waited on hold for 6 hours to get an insurance quote for them to tell me to call the next day because they didnt have time to deal with me. Terrible insurance with 0 customer support. Update: Waited on hold for another 2 hours for the agent to pick up, say “oh christ sake” and hung up the phone. Unacceptable slander and a disgrace of customer service. 10 hours total of on hold time to be treated like that. Indifferent service. Very rude and I felt very unwelcome when renewing my ICBC insurance
The owner of this place, one of the worst person i have ever encountered with. He don’t even let people to park in front of the office there. Entire parking is public and have no signs for private parking and he gave me warning to tow my car if i park there next time. These guys run insurance company and I don’t know how they do it without even knowing rules of parking. 🅿️ 👎
