Indifferent service. Very rude and I felt very unwelcome when renewing my ICBC insurance
The owner of this place, one of the worst person i have ever encountered with. He don’t even let people to park in front of the office there. Entire parking is public and have no signs for private parking and he gave me warning to tow my car if i park there next time. These guys run insurance company and I don’t know how they do it without even knowing rules of parking. 🅿️ 👎
