I had a great experience with the agent and customer service before the agency changed to a different representative. However, this new Asian agent was very disrespectful and unhelpful, which was truly disappointing. Because of this, I decided to switch to another insurance provider immediately. Please be aware of this horrible agent at the insurance office; they take advantage of customers and treat them poorly
