Had to register vehicle on only day off. Needed to change insurance first. Online says they open at 9am. The front door states they open at 9am on Tuesday as well. Got there at 915am and THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. NO LIGHTS. Came here after working at 12 hour overnight shift, so I'm tired. No wonder this location has awful reviews. Who's managing this place?
Never even tried to contact me back for business. Zero English support.
What's the meaning of these whole bunch of agents even not comparable to an easy one-step automatic robotic agent. Wasted more than 40mins without even giving a simple quote. And the agents on the phone were so arrogant and ignorant that just collecting my personal information without sharing any quote information. Because of their incompetency they even cannot pull up a single quote. Did the quote online somewhere else. Agents here even were unable to compare with a single robot
Unprofessional workers, they don’t know how to speak with costumers. I was overcharged and threatened. Definitely not recommend this company. Huge difference between Ontario and Quebec cooperators.
