Poor communication
If you stop by just to renew car insurance you will probably be fine to use this business but when it comes to house, farm or business insurance my experience is that you will encounter very poor communication - never returning left phone messages, never actually being able to get your rep on the phone, making a phone appointment but then the rep never calling etc. Makes me nervous to think how it would be if you actually had to make a claim. Very difficult to talk to a real person...the most painful thing was listening to all the verbal stuff when calling the main phone line...way too much information and most of it not important or relevant.
