Been a customer of Co-operators for a few years and had a small claim $550, but what is Insurance for if you have to fear or cant use it. They appear to enjoy collecting the premium but after a very badly handled small claim it finally was settled. Cooperaters own adjuster admitted they dropped the ball on my claim. Once resolved they increased my premiums by 35% which will not only repay what was paid on our claim in 1 year, it will also earn them more money in 1 year. Went in to renew my yearly car insurance. I was in and out in 10 minutes (would have been less if I didn’t ask questions)! The process was quick and easy, the man working was kind and knowledgeable.
quick and easy! walked in there to insure my very first vehicle and the whole thing took less than 25 minutes and there was absolutely no wait time. Denise was very kind and helpful. Not only is she incredibly quick and efficient, but she explained everything to me in a way that was very easy to understand, which I am very grateful for as I have no prior experience with these sorts of things :) Overall she made the whole process a breeze! She was a pleasure to work with and would defintely recommend her to everyone
