For people awareness. I bought a 2020 Toyota Camry last year for close to $40k. I bought the car with the trust and confidence at this Toyota dealership. But after a minor accident recently, I found out of existing (or prior) damages to the rear reinforcement bar. It was significant damages. I’ve never had such a disappointing and unprofessional experience with a dealership. On Saturday, Toyota Kingston told me they would give me a car at an agreed price with manager’s decision and took my deposit, and turned around saying they can’t give me the car anymore at that price. This is honestly the worst than worst service I’ve ever experienced. How can a dealership take a deposit, make a promise, and break it without any responsibility?
