I had my Toyota Hilux serviced where I was told some time throughout the day I would receive a call about paying over the phone. They called 15 minutes before they close when I was at work and caught up in a meeting demanding payment otherwise they can't keep my car. No option to pay after collection, even as a previous trustworthy customer. I am familiar with the mechanic's lien but found this completely unreasonable as I was only given 15 minutes notice to pay.

For people awareness. I bought a 2020 Toyota Camry last year for close to $40k. I bought the car with the trust and confidence at this Toyota dealership. But after a minor accident recently, I found out of existing (or prior) damages to the rear reinforcement bar. It was significant damages. I was told the car had no* prior accident at the time of purchase. This dealership is a lier, unreliable and untrustworthy ! And they do dodgy work!
