I am very disappointed with my experience. I went in because my car has trouble going uphill and when the check engine light came on the coop was the closest mechanic. I got my car back with it still struggling to go uphill and with a new rattle. I noticed that the exhaust was hanging. I am surprised a service center would let you drive off with the exhaust hanging without any mention of it. I would also appreciate more transparency. The link to the inspection shows nothing. I give my strongest endorsement to the Co-op Service Center. They have been taking care of my cars since I moved to the Upper Valley more than three decades ago. I prefer old cars and buy them used, so there are frequent things to take car of. This has always been done expertly and with good communication with me.
