I’ve attempted to use this pharmacy multiple times as they are conveniently located near gym, and I grocery shop here. Every time I’ve attempted to have my prescription faxed over, they can’t find it. Even though it’s gone through as “successful” on the other end. With a lot of back and forth with them trying to get faxes re-sent it’s just a waste of time. I haven’t had any issues with faxes being received at other pharmacies, so either their fax isn’t working or they’re giving out the wrong number. Who knows.

I want to start by saying I love this pharmacy and the two female pharmacists and one male pharmacist who have helped me over the years have been wonderful. They go above and beyond every time and are always so lovely to talk to. As of late, I've spoken to a new woman (only over the phone) who is difficult to deal with. I'm not sure if she's also a pharmacist or an assistant but either way, she becomes defensive and agitated very quickly, and speaks dismissively.
