Without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have used. Had issues with my child being declined on our benefits and this pharmacy INSISTED that it was the benefits plan issue. After some back and forth, a new person found the issue and fixed it without being asked. Everybody else couldn't figure out the issue. We've had prescriptions that were faxed in by the doctor go missing. They have no record of it but my doctor has records and confirmed it went to the right place. I have been a customer of Oakridge Pharmacy since 2008. As a diabetic, and a senior I have many prescriptions. The staff are always helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and fast with refills. They also offered weekly phone support with titration when I moved onto a new insulin during Covid. They always call if there is an out of stock or any issues with my prescriptions. Thank you Co-op Oakridge Pharmacy team!
Getting worse over the years. Person at prescription pick up desk couldn't find my name and asked if Id been there before. Inly 30 years.
