I have been using this pharmacy for years but I have finally decided to move all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Their customer service is terrible. My benefits only cover generic but when I arrive to pick up my prescription I'm shocked when I have to pay for the brand name because the generic is "unavailable" - and not even a phone call warning or asking if this is ok.
