POSITIVE EXPERIENCE
If I could leave zero stars for the pharmacy, I would. My 74-year-old mother became disoriented and confused in the store shortly after having a cast put on for a broken wrist. She was clearly in distress. A young cashier—who only has use of one arm—noticed we were struggling and asked the on-duty pharmacist to come help. The pharmacist refused, saying he couldn’t leave the counter.
