Went to pick up some prescription eye drops. There were 5 ladies there working, not a single customer was around, and I wasn't greeted for about 3 minutes. They had my eye drops physically there it was in her hands. But then the lady told me it would be 20 minutes! She actually said it with a straight face. My doctor’s office told me I could call Coop Pharmacy to redirect my prescription to another pharmacy, so I did. Coop Pharmacy told me the request had to come directly from my doctor’s office, so I called my doctor back and explained what I had been told. Later, my doctor’s office called me back and said Coop Pharmacy had actually only been asking for the fax number of the new pharmacy. That is not what was communicated to me at all. Everyone here is so nice, they make you feel like family. Terry is especially wonderful and always takes the time to explain even if they are busy.
Cashier in self checkout was rude. But I like the selection of local products.
