Ever experience with the staff has been great, whether pharmacy staff or store staff
I am very dissappointed. I called in a perscription a month ago that they needed to contact my doctor to refill. When i went to pick it up they told me they hadn't heard back from my doctor. They did give me continuing care by giving me 1 month worth of my perscription. I then called it in again last week. When i went to pick it up, they told me there was no record of me calling it in. Apperently they hadnt tried to contact my doctor again during that month or my perscription would have been on file . They gave me 5 pills an... read more
Waiting time is usually 20-60 minutes. Staff is very polite and considerate. Our assumptions is that they don't have an automatic pill counter which would speed up the work and lessen the amount of stress
It's been completely frustrating trying to get my medication prescription refilled and the staff seem very dismissive and very rude on the phone and left me on hold for 10 minutes until someone asked me if I needed help? Um , hello??? You put me on hold! It's super frustrating because I've been here for 20+ years.
