I visited your branch at 3 pm today (December 14) at 835 Central PG Branch. There was an old tall Indian guy who helped me with gas and lotto. When I showed him my lotto number, he claimed he didn't know how to manually encode it. Before I could even finish speaking, he rudely gestured for me to leave. If he can't do his job properly, he should learn or retire!
