The pump wouldn’t accept my Visa, so I went inside to prepay (as required by law), only to be told I could only prepay at the pump. That makes zero sense when the pump isn’t working properly. The staff member was nice but not very helpful. Not being able to prepay inside is a pretty basic miss for a gas station especially when BC has a law requiring prepayment 🤷🏼♀️
Staff is always helpful and the best. Great to have a team that cares about the community.
Bolts service, they fill your car up and clean your windows! But my Co-op number from nelson doesn’t work at this one, so thats hella bullshit.
