I came for simple urine test for employment and I drank a lot of water. I told them I have to go, they still made me wait over 40 minutes. Not so smart people. They should figure out for some tests they can readily let the patient go and get it over with and the rest the tests like X-rays etc...patient can wait. No empathy, no common sense at all. I called ahead to set up an appointment and they said it's walk in
This office is HORRIBLE!!! My appointment was at 8am and I sat in the exam room for nearly one hour before seen. After being examed for 5 minutes I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes to schedule an appointment for an xray while all the employees were having fun in there office.
This place is so unprofessional. They just poked me and told me I was fine and let me go back on full duty even though I told them I still feel pain. Every time I went for my appointment I always get the stink eye and wait for another hour to be seen. They treated me like all I wanted was the money for workmen’s compensation when I am genuinely concerned for my body. Ya know considering I was crushed by a couch! Unprofessional and rude! This is the slowest office I have ever been to. Waited 2 hours to be seen just for 15 minutes and waited 30 extra minutes just to be checked out & have an appointment scheduled. Came in another day for them to tell me the doctor was an hour late. The front office are a bunch of kids who seem to sit around and laugh. Must be nice to get paid to stand around and chat.
