Bought a car from Timothy Brewer. He claimed he was getting the title straightened out for seven months. Refused to meet up multiple times to get the paperwork fixed, he ignored me for months as well and never gave a clear answer as to what was going on. I needed a new car. I didn’t wanna deal with another car payment, like I’ve done throughout the years. I did some research and Carl at Co Hop Auto LLC. He had a great selection of cars to choose from and all at great prices! I found a great Nissan Ultima and he gave me a great deal including tags. I needed a spring and strut for my passenger side, he was upfront about it and said he will replace that for me and nothing out of my pocket. I bought my car in April from Carl and it seems he never requested my plates. I texted and called multiple times, and at one point he asked me “who is this” and asked me to send a picture of the title he gave me. Eventually he stopped responding. My mom ended up calling, and that’s when he called me a few days ago and said he would get the process started if I take it through the DEQ to get the car re cleared.
