I can't in good conscience recommend this place. Vicky is wonderful and her haircuts are very good at an affordable price. However, booking an appointment is excruciating. Half the time nobody picks up, and someone responds to your voicemail days later asking you to call back, initiating the whole process again. In this day and age, you either have to have a receptionist who picks up each time and knows everyone's schedule, or offer clients the ability to schedule online.
Beware: surprise markup for some hair types! I recently got my hair cut here by Lynn. She took me essentially as a walk-in (I called ahead but didn't have an appointment), which was nice, but as soon as I got thereshe started acting rude. Among other things, she complained about how thick my hair was through the entire cut, saying she'd never seen such thick hair before. She even made comments about it to other customers.
