Like other reviewers, this too should be a 10-star review instead of only 5. My daughter owns a 115 year old house, 900 square feet, which needed a whole lot of everything. This was a pleasurable experience from the start of the bid to the punch list! Completed in more than timely manner! Ernie and his crew were professionals the entire project. The communication outstanding responded so quickly. If ever a question or problem attended to immediately and resolved. We have 120 year old house with a deteriorating back porch. I scheduled an estimate a week ago for today. I received multiple confirmation emails and even a reminder email of the appointment. The appointment time came and went. After waiting 30 minutes, I called twice and texted the phone number. I did get a call back after a few minutes. He explained to me that the person who was supposed to come and do the estimate called in sick today. No one called me, emailed me, or communicated with me whatsoever regarding this.
