CoBen Electric provided a quotation to me as a General Contractor on a hard bid which had me tied to my client for that cost. CoBen then backed out of the quotation with false claims of lack of manpower. Horrible business ethics and this cost our company an exponential amount of money to get the work performed by another electrical contractor. I gave them every opportunity to honor their quotation. I would not recommend doing business with them.
