I filled out an application weeks ago and never heard back about a delivery. I got an approval email almost 2 weeks ago about my credit application. My tank has been completely empty for 2 days now. I have left multiple voice mails. I got someone on the phone today and she said I have to leave another voicemail because she could not do whatever needs to be done to get a delivery to my home. So far not pleased! Had my tank installed on April 29th 5 months later get a bill for a refill of half my tank. All i’ve ran is a high efficiency tankless water heater so I am a bit suspicious why I used so much in a short period of time. Energy star rating for my water heater is 200lbs a year they said i used that in five months. So i do some investigating and i find a massive leak on the regulator at the tank. Absolutely ,Would Not recommend if ordering out of Martinsville, Indiana . Last year starting with the driver trying to up charge me . But they did make it right out of Danville, Indiana. This year 2024 I called at the end of July for a summer fill and was told to get my fuel else where that I owned the tank by the office . I corrected them and told them no it's there tank . When they did my service check they missed that I had a leak. So I used almost double the amount of propane that I would have. So I am on a payment plan and paid every month on time. Until the end of the season they criticized me because I wasn’t paid off even though they put in the charges that month before for what I went over in propane (due to the leak).
