Best Psychiatry practice in all of CNY! Six months ago when I was 18 my mother, stepdad and grandfather all died in traumatic ways during the span of one month. I was told that I was on a waiting list and on boarding would begin within six months. After waiting three months, I called to see how much longer it would take and was told they are not taking any patients. I understand this was likely a mistake by a new employee, but nonetheless has delayed me being able to access the mental healthcare that I need. I am distraught and feeling so hopeless that I’ll ever get the help I need. Don’t trust their receptionists, get everything in writing.
TMS has saved my life! However I would love to take the time to thank the support staff esp. Ashley and Bridget and the front desk person (Jadya? sorry I can't spell). I loved the support staff and how friendly they were. Ashley was so sweet and kind and very relatable. Bridget was amazing and nice and was super helpful as well. They were very understanding when I had extenuating circumstances come up and needed to reschedule my appointments. They were very attentive and made my experience so much better.
