I'd vote zero if I could. Had an appointment with him at 7 to get 4 tires and have mounted, drove an hour to get there. I arrive on time, call and text repeatedly as well as knock on the door. He finally calls me back almost 45 mins later to tell me he's busy and wants me to drive to where ever he was to buy the tires and go else where to mount them.
