This was originally posted to Liverpool & Spa who subcontracts their pool installation to Premium Pools CNY. Do not get a pool installed by them. They subcontract out their pool installs and their communication is beyond terrible. They are the definition of “used car salesman”. Complete and total swindlers. Salesman walked our property and said that we could get the pool shape/size that we wanted. Wrote up a contract and signed with deposit.
