Junk products. Their CNY branded tool broke in my hands the first time I used it. No refund because the owner wiggled out of paying that one. Absolutely do not recommend.
I ordered a "Water Wand Filter Cleaner" which was defective upon arrival (it leaked at every seam). I only contacted the company because in the return instructions they wanted my credit card (CC) information included in the return package (I did not want to include all of my CC information due to the possibility of fraud) and I clearly stated I wanted a REFUND in the first email, the company response was: "This is a common problem and it is in the connection. This fraudulent scammer did not send the item ordered and when I contacted him to ask what was his deal, he had the nerve to ask me why I would order that part to begin with as it is discontinued. Then he no longer had the 4 items I had paid for, but instead of the $6 he received for his product, I could give him an additional $54 and get three jets.
