I promised myself when this whole process was over I would write a good review. If you're reading this you probably know CNY Fertility is a chain and a budget place, a fraction of the typical cost. I even had a pregnant lady say to me (while I was starting meds) "oh that place? reviews didn't look good." I wish there were more google maps reviews I could have read to put me at ease. I paid a $50 deposit for a consultation, and between scheduling and the date of the consultation, I become pregnant. I called to cancel due to this happening, and was told the $50 was non-refundable. But why? What logic is used to keep a $50 deposit for an appointment that I no longer need nor can benefit from. Disappointing and will not recommend booking here.

So glad they opened this clinic so I can do my monitoring with them I am New to IVF and this clinic has been awesome, they are very quick with answering questions or concerns especially Sherri, she has been so kind to me.
