It's a great clinic! Front desk ladies are beyond friendly, nurses are very professional and go the extra mile to make sure nothing is missed or messed up and they always respond to messages in a very timely manner. I have to give big props to the ones that draw blood I'm a hard stick and they've never missed it. Very clean rooms and I don't have complaints about my time with CNY.

Every single person I met during my time at this clinic was so kind, welcoming, and made me feel at ease. I truly can't imagine a better team of staff, and am thankful that they were there to guide me through the donation process.

Every member of the Denver team at CNY provides truly exceptional care. As a queer and trans couple, we have had too many experiences at other clinics and locations where our experiences were invalidated or we received medical advice that did not match our situation. With this background, we were nervous coming to CNY, but our very first appointment put our fears at ease. I did all of my in house monitoring here for my egg retrieval. The staff were friendly, explained all the steps each time and helped me get accounting to call me back. Was a great experience for someone that had to travel from out of the state/country.
