Flew in from Nashville to have my HSG test done here, the nurse who was with me the whole time was absolutely so sweet and her bedside manner got me through a procedure I was extremely nervous about. The doctor was very informative and did a great job. I love my experience so far with CNY at the offices I have been to, but this experience by far deserved a 5 star review! Thank you so much for all of your kindness during such a sensitive time in my life. <3
After a long journey, third time’s the charm! CNY Fertility gave me hope every step of the way. The doctors and staff were always patient with my questions and concerns, and their financing options lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. I truly believe the vitamin infusions, acupuncture, and the medications all worked together to make this possible. Because of their care, I now have my little miracle boy who will be 2 this year. I will forever be grateful—thank you, CNY, for making my dream of becoming a mom come true.
Please don’t go here if you value individualized person centered approaches to your unique fertility needs. This clinic is run by professional gaslighters and will treat you with disrespect every step of the way. From being so overbooked there’s no parking or seats in the waiting room, to waiting an hour and ten minutes before being seen to feeling dehumanized while undergoing vulnerable procedures. Recently visited this location for an egg retrieval and all of the staff were very friendly and polite. I felt like I was in great care. I had some complications after the retrieval at no fault of CNY and when they were notified of this they reached out on multiple occasions to make sure I was ok, which I truly appreciated.
The only reason for two stars is the nurses. I feel so unheard and dehumanized after treatment at this clinic. The ultrasound tech was so dismissive and pessimistic with zero bedside manner and was rough and aggressive. Expect absolutely zero support or compassion with miscarriages. They overbook themselves so there’s not enough parking let alone places to sit in the waiting room.
