I can not say enough good things about CNY Albany. Christina & Sheila the two nurses I spoke to and saw the most; were there when I was happy and there when I was devasted. They were there to help make a new plan & Dr. Grossman. I have never in my life felt like a doctor listened or cared more. He was honest, he was so detailed, and no question was left unanswered. We have had a great experience with CNY. They are quick to respond and have made everything incredibly easy, despite the hard circumstances. This is the third fertility clinic we've been to, and they have easily been the best at communication. Despite traveling from South Carolina, we have spent a fraction of the cost of what IVF would have cost locally. I have recommended them to several friends struggling with infertility. We now have two healthy daughters thanks to our CNY journey 💕

First when I start work with them it was ok but when it come to bill they don't ask u about any test or any even if its your first time they do all out of pocket test with our your concern with out letting u know that u have to pay this bill r u willing to do this or no or did u did this test before and even if your insurance already pay they still keep sending u bill they want to take mor money from me for 1 bill that I already know insurance pay.

Won't answer the phone, won't answer questions, refers you to other lines that don't answer their phones, and when you try to use their website they explicitly state they'll scan your documents with AI. How come it's easier to buy a gun in Albany than get healthcare?
