I want to sincerely thank the entire team at CNY Albany, especially the nurse Sadie and the Dr. Ditkoff who took care of me. I truly didn’t expect such kindness and attentive care — it meant the world to me. The nurse is an absolutely incredible person — her warmth, patience, and support made me feel safe and cared for during every step. You are treated like a number and money sign, NOT an actual human being. Very disappointing care, huge lack of communication and inconsistencies with what nurses tell you. You have to fight for answers and proper treatment. You can rarely see or even speak to a Doctor. Treatment plans are not tailored to individuals. Nothing at this clinic is patient centered. I often felt lost and unsupported at this clinic. It’s dehumanizing and shameful.

I cannot express how incredibly grateful I am to Dr. Grossman for his outstanding care throughout our fertility journey. You get what you pay for. The front desk staff gave me nothing but a blank stare instead of trying to sort out the obvious miscommunication. Dealing with them has been a nightmare, and I regret ever using their services.
