Absolutely disgusting service concerning billing. I properly signed documents disposing of all embryos and 8 months later my credit card was charged AGAIN. This is outrageous. Do not give these people your credit card information. Tariana and Special from embryo options refuses to refund my money despite my conversation with a manager in August telling me I would not be charged again and that it was the error in the first place concerning documentation with the signing docs.
I am a friend of a couple employees from CNY Fertility and I am genuinely concerned for not only my friends but for all the work from home employees and also the patients!! It’s frustrating working at a place where: •Pay isn’t fair • Work From Home staff stay full shifts on holidays while office staff leave at 12pm! • No bonuses or incentives • Drug rep incentives removed • Saturday shifts now extended to 2 PM • No proper training • Dr. Kiltz is also trying to push for them to work on Sundays now as well!! • Things change wi... read more
I just wanted to leave a review for the nurse that I had yesterday for my procedure. Her name was CeCe and she was so unbelievably nice, informative and comforting. She made the procedure so pleasant and it really made a difference. Also Brooke who is also a nurse and spoke to me on the phone today for a long time answering all of my questions..super informative and kind. The communication at CNY isn’t the best (long phone wait times) but everything else has been a really great experience.
My experience with CNY Fertility Clinic has been very disappointing. Throughout my interactions, the staff often appeared disorganized and unprepared, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. The clinic consistently struggled with insurance-related matters, and it felt like they lacked a clear understanding of the medical billing codes required.
