I was referred to Dr. Grant by my Optometrist to determine if I was a candidate for cataract surgery. Being apprehensive from dealings with a previous doctor, I found Dr. Grant and her support staff amazing and I’m not easy to please. Dr grant took the time to explain, kept her patience with me asking questions repeatedly and put my fears to bed. I’ll be having cataract surgery next month and feel very comfortable with Dr. Grant and staff ! Highly recommended.
I have been very pleased with my care at CNY Eye Physicians. Dr. Eldin Smajkan has thoroughly assessed and monitored my eye condition for a year and a half. He is unfailing kind and caring, providing clear information, describing ways to manage my condition, and helpful guidance to mitigate symptoms. All of the staff are similarly outstanding. I called CNY bright and early 8am Monday morning and explained I have something embedded in my eye that is causing pain and blurry vision. They said ok we will call you back after we talk to the drs.. 1pm rolls around and I call back to check, greeted with attitude for calling again and told they will call ME. CNY Eye Physicians & Surgeons provide top-notch care with knowledgeable doctors and a friendly staff. The facility is modern, and wait times are minimal. Highly recommend for routine exams and specialized treatments!
I completely agree with other posts. They advertised on side of road that they were looking for new patients , but they want you to have no other eye care history. If you have seen any other optomologists they want nothing to do with you. They even had audacity to tell me to go back to my other optomologists. Horrible. Would never recommend.
