I've had two haircuts here. One was mediocre, the other was terrible. Completely uneven sides. It seemed like right when the clock turned to 3pm (closing), he decided that she was done cutting and just stopped. I got my grandson hair cut by Mustafa and he did a fantastic job! I don't live in Syracuse, but a friend referred Mustafa to me and I was extremely impressed! I have literally lost faith in barbers, and Mustafa restored it! Hands down one of the best barbers I've come across in a long time.
