I did not know this young man but i just read his obituary and am saddened. RIP SHAWN.

We waited a couple of weeks for an appointment. The day of the appointment came and we were pushed to the next day. The next day came and we were informed that an emergency had occurred so we would be rescheduled. Now an emergency is completely understandable and unavoidable, but my complaint is it took weeks for them to reach back out to us after the emergency. An new appointment date was not offered. On August 8th I paid a $565 dollar deposit for CNY electrical to come and install wiring for my electric hot tub. They company no called and no showed. When I was able to get a hold of them a few days later I was told that he had been in a fight with his wife and his phone was broken. He then rescheduled for later in the week Monday the 12th of September.
