Horrible! This guy will never contact you if you have a problem after he gets your money. The power wires broke in my well pump because they didn't use proper shock arrestor around the cheap Lowes water pump causing the wires to break and lost our water. Had to pay almost $400.00 to get someone to re-do the cabling and apply the proper shock arrestor. My foundation leaks during every hard rain and I get up to 4 inches of water. Avoid CNY Contracting LLC at all costs. My husband and I needed a contracting company to perform the site work for the modular house we purchased back in 2019. Our salesman from the manufactured home company recommended CNY and another company because they had both done solid work on projects for them in the past.
