Horrible! This guy will never contact you if you have a problem after he gets your money. The power wires broke in my well pump because they didn't use proper shock arrestor around the cheap Lowes water pump causing the wires to break and lost our water. Had to pay almost $400.00 to get someone to re-do the cabling and apply the proper shock arrestor. My foundation leaks during every hard rain and I get up to 4 inches of water. I was contacted by the owner of CNY Contracting, Excavating & Concrete in July 2020 asked if I was interested in a book keeping job with them because someone recommended me. I went to their office for an interview and got the job. An hour later the owner was sending me sexual text messages. A year later he still calls my phone and texts me inappropriately, as well as threatens my husband. I would not recommend doing any business with Michael Helmer or CNY Contracting, Excavating & Concrete.

Avoid CNY Contracting LLC at all costs. My husband and I needed a contracting company to perform the site work for the modular house we purchased back in 2019. Our salesman from the manufactured home company recommended CNY and another company because they had both done solid work on projects for them in the past. CNY’s bid was a little cheaper, and they were recommended to us, so who wouldn’t choose the cheaper option? Biggest regret of my life. CNY’s owner, Michael T. They illegally dump and do not respond to complaints. When Mike is interested he immediately answers your phone call, once he has an obligation to you, he ignores you.

Make sure that you ask for a credit card if you perform work for CNY Excavating & Concrete. We are owed over $10k by them from 2019 and they will not return phone calls.

Horrible experience! Supposed to even out my yard with dirt from a pool install..yard is so uneven and full of rocks! Broke my fence during install, concrete is uneven crooked lines and didn’t even cover the whole edge of the pool with the concrete or bury my hoses correctly! The job was supposed to take days and it took three months! Wouldn’t even show his face to check out the final job because it was so bad!
