Really grateful for Eric at CNY Bed Bug Extermination! I came home with bites after a vacation and didn’t know what to do. He called me back within an hour of me leaving a message. I felt so panicked but he spent a long time on the phone with me, answering all my questions and clarified misconceptions about bed bugs. After our call, he sent me a bunch of resources to refer back to.
